These Terms of Service govern your use of the PupHouse store and your purchases from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products

PupHouse sells original dog jerseys inspired by national football colours. Our designs are our own creative work. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed from any football federation, club, FIFA, or tournament organiser, and they do not carry any official crests, badges, or sponsor marks.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and promotions, including our Buy One, Get One Free offer, may change at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by email, and a contract is formed once we accept and dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment in full if we do.

Shipping and risk

Delivery times are estimates. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they're delivered to the address you provided. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, including your 14-day right to cancel as an EU consumer.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store, attempt to disrupt it, or use our content or designs without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PupHouse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the store or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable EU consumer protection law and the laws of the country in which PupHouse is established. Your mandatory rights as a consumer always apply.
