Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Where we ship from

Our kits are made to order by our manufacturing partner and shipped directly from their facility. This keeps our designs original and our prices fair, including our Buy One, Get One Free offer.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is typically 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees — busy periods and customs can add time.

Shipping costs

Shipping options and any costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.

Customs and duties

Orders within the EU are not subject to additional customs charges. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, email {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} as soon as possible and we'll try to help before it ships.
